Angela grew up in suburban Chicago where she ran cross country and track to begin her fitness journey. After too many years spent frozen, she moved to Arizona for graduate school, and eventually onto sunny Southern California. She began CrossFit in 2013 and quickly learned there was a lot more to fitness beyond how many miles one can run. As a health educator, Angela's passion is sharing wellness with others, and coaching CrossFit is her favorite way to do that!
