After the birth of her first child , Mary began her fitness journey by trying to lose the baby weight, all 90 lbs of it. She did, but felt that through this transformation she had found her calling. She became a fitness instructor, teaching many formats and returned to school to become a Nutrition Coach. 

Mary found Crossfit after the birth of her third child and instantly knew this was what she needed to take her fitness to a new level. She received her Level One in 2015. Coaching and learning about Crossfit is her passion, Encouraging people to get into the box and challenge themselves happens just about everywhere she goes!
