Nicole grew up playing youth competitive soccer, even spent one summer playing internationally in Europe. Nicole was very competitive and played at the highest level, but was never quite good enough to play in college mainly due to her lack of strength and conditioning. During her four years at college, Nicole neglected anything related to health and fitness. Following college Nicole moved to LA was overweight and unhealthy. Deciding to make some major life changes – trying everything from Soul Cycle to Barre to yoga. After not finding the results she was hoping for she decided to sign up for the gym that was opening up down the street – Depot CrossFit! Prior to signing up Nicole couldn’t run a mile, do a box jump or even a pull up. Fast forward two and a half years later and falling in love with CrossFit, Nicole found herself wanting to help others experience the life changing benefits CrossFit has given her and decided to get her Level 1.

  • Favorite Workout: Either long, heavy chippers, or anything with thrusters! / Least Favorite Workout: Anything with double unders – I struggled to string them together FOREVER! 

  • Favorite Movement: Any Olympic lifts or muscle ups because I never thought in a million years I’d be able to do one.

  • Favorite Cheat Meal: Pasta or anything with bread and cheese.

  • Interesting Fact about Nicole: Nicole was a vegetarian for 7 years before CrossFit – Thanks to encouragement of Ted she changed her diet, and saw immediate improvements! 

  • Favorite Super Hero: Poison Ivy… because she has red hair!
