WHAT TO EXPECT

If you’re doing a free Depot CrossFit intro, you’ll have dedicated and personalized time with a coach who will explain what Depot CrossFit is all about. After that, you'll learn some basic foundational movements and cap the session off with a workout!

If you’re taking a Depot Performance class, you’ll be working out in a group setting. A coach will warm you up and walk you through all of the movements before the workout commences.

Please arrive 15 minutes earlier than your session to sign a waiver, bring a sports bottle (we have a filtered water cooler), and wear workout attire. You’re going to sweat!

NOTE: Free CrossFit intros are for people without prior CrossFit experience. Depot Performance classes are for all levels. If you are an experienced CrossFit athlete, please visit our Visitors / Drop-Ins page
