The best way to learn about CrossFit is to come in for a FREE intro and sample workout. Don’t worry about not being “in shape.” We’ll make sure to scale your workout to a level where you’re comfortable!
When: Fill out the form to schedule your free session. Once we’ve confirmed your details via email, please plan to arrive 15 minutes earlier than your session to sign a waiver.
What To Expect: During your session, you’ll have personalized time with a coach who will give you a high-level breakdown of what CrossFit is and Depot’s approach. After that, your coach will walk you through some basic foundational movements and you’ll cap the session off with a workout! Bring a sports bottle (we have a filtered water cooler) and wear workout clothes and shoes. You’re going to sweat!
