The best way to learn about CrossFit is to come in for a FREE intro. Don’t worry about not being “in shape.” We’ll make sure to scale your workout to a level where you’re comfortable!
When: Fill out the form to schedule your free session. Our manager will contact you within one business day and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule preferences. Once we’ve confirmed your details via email, please plan to arrive 15 minutes earlier than your session to sign a waiver.
What To Expect: During your session, you’ll have dedicated and personalized time with a coach who will explain what CrossFit is and Depot’s approach to health and wellness. After that, you'll learn some basic foundational movements and cap the session off with a workout!
Bring a sports bottle (we have a filtered water cooler) and wear workout clothes and shoes. You’re going to sweat!
