DEPOT Hold Policies *
By checking this box I agree that I understand DEPOT's policies regarding holds. I understand that I am only allowed to place my account on hold one (1) time per year. My request is submitted at least one (1) week before my hold start date and is within the guideline for hold period dates. During this hold period I will not be charged any membership dues, but cannot use the facilities at DEPOT. I understand that this is NOT a cancellation form. Upon expiration of my hold, my membership dues and billing will automatically reinstate.
